About Pregnancy Yoga Class

Pregnancy yoga classes at Aluna Studio are designed to support mothers to be on their pregnancy and birth journey. Classes will include calming breath work, back care and uplifting movement that will provide strength and support for your changing physical and emotional needs as well as meditations and relaxation to connect with your body and baby.
