Pregnancy Yoga


Mondays – 7 pm

Every pregnancy yoga class will include:

  • Different breathing and relaxation techniques that will equip you during pregnancy and labour
  • Mindful, soothing movement that will help to relieve aches and pains that come with pregnancy
  • Gentle poses that will help to build stamina and strength and improve pelvic floor connection
  • Pelvic Floor Connection
  • Build and enhance energy levels
  • Time out for yourself to deeply relax and connect with yourself and your baby
