About Yin Yoga Class
Yin yoga is a very soothing and calming practice that can help to bring balance to a very busy “yang” lifestyle. The essence of every class is to surrender and let go by holding poses from 3-10minutes with the intention to release dense connective tissue around our muscles and in and around our joints. Yin yoga is also connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine so each class offers awareness to the different meridian channels in the body to allow chi/prana/energy to flow.
